The game is composed of 12 "main areas" that are identified by:
- Their cardinal position relative to the Megastructure (E for east, N for north, S for South, W for west); - A number from 1 to 3.
Each main area is composed of:
- 8 Main Puzzles; - 2 Lost Puzzles; - 2 Star Puzzles; - 1 Gold Puzzle; - 1 Lost Lab; - 1 Bridge Puzzle; - 1 Megastructure laser tower.
= Story areas
Additionnally, some story parts of the game take place outside of the island.
