When you enter the puzzle, you find yourself in a large open room with many elements.
* There is an angled [[fan]] with detachable blades pointed at an elevated floor area on the left.
* There is a [[pressure plate]] next to the elevated floor area, which unlocks the [[blue door]] to a [[swapper]] inside that has a [[hexahedron]] in it.
* The top floor of the elevated floor area has a pedestal type area which gives a bit more height. There is another detachable fan that is pointed to the high ledge on the front right.
* The high ledge on the front right has a swapper with an [[RGB converter]] in it.
* Further inside, there is a blue [[receiver]] partially blocked on the front with a grate. The [[progress wheel]] is nearby, blocked by a blue door.
* Even further inside, there is a green [[emitter]].
* On the right side, in a small corner, there is a blue emitter.

Up and Down is the sixth main puzzle in the Lost Marshes area of The Talos Principle 2.

Overview

When you enter the puzzle, you find yourself in a large open room with many elements.
