City News is a social media entry that appears while the player is exploring the Grasslands Ring.
Transcript
- Cryer (656): The long-awaited birth of our one-thousandth and final citizen was interrupted today by an unknown projection in the skies. The projection, which identified itself as Prometheus, goaded New Jerusalem inhabitants in indecipherable incantations.
- If the player talked to Cryer in New Jerusalem and suggested that the projection was coming from a citizen.
- Cryer (656): In an interview with 1k (1000), he suggested that the projection could be the work of a New Jerusalem citizen. Although this assessment may still turn out to be correct, the source of the projection was tracked to a remote, mysterious island. A team led by Byron (7) is now en route to find out more.

- Cryer (656): Mayor Hermanubis (452) has once again called for calm, and promises that New Jerusalem will be safe so long as its citizens do not forget the ideals of the Goal as set forth by the Founder.
