Overview

As you enter the puzzle, you find yourself in a large central room, which is the only room of the puzzle. There are two clones on two sides of the room, a hexahedron and a platform on the ground. Somewhat hidden out of view is another platform on a tall ledge on the right side. In front of you, at a significant height, there is a ledge with the progress wheel on it.

Hints

A basic hint:

Since the name of the puzzle is High Ground, the main question of the puzzle is to figure out how to gain more elevation.

if you're wondering what the hexahedron is for:

[ hint ]
If a clone is carrying a platform and standing next to the hexahedron, the player can jump on the hexahedron and will be allowed to jump from the hex to the platform on the clone's head.

If you got two clones on top of each other but can't make progress:

Your next objective should be to fetch the platform from the ledge on the right. To get enough elevation to obtain the platform, you need one hexahedron and two clone's worth of elevation.

If you are wondering how much elevation is needed to access the progress wheel:

[ hint ]
All of the elevation you can get: one hexahedron plus all three clones.

If you're wondering how to get so much elevation:

[ hint ]
Near the end you should have two clones with platforms on their heads, one clone without a platform, and a hexahedron. Start by placing the hexahedron at a favorable place, then try to work out the right sequence of actions.
