Entanglement is the eighth main puzzle in the Grasslands Ring area of The Talos Principle 2.
Puzzle elements
Overview
As you enter the puzzle, you find a little circular room to the left with a blue door in front of it, activated by a pressure plate that has a red emitter. There is a blue door to the right to a room that has a fan connected to a switch and a green receiver and a blue emitter. There is another room to the front, controlled by a green receiver, with a hexahedron in it. To the left side on the front is the progress wheel, blocked by a blue door controlled by a green receiver with some grills in front of it.

Since the name of the puzzle is entanglement, there will be a jumble of lasers everywhere, and you have to make sure to unscramble them
If you're having trouble getting started:

Remember that a connector can be set up to connect to an emitter, and then put on a pressure plate. Remember also that you can aim your equipment through blue doors even though the equipment is not immediately active
If your green laser is getting blocked:

You can't aim the green laser directly from up high to the progress wheel's receiver. Instead see if you can free up the connector you were using for the red emitter. This will take some setup work.
Solution

Take the Connector and place it on the Pressure Plate by the Fan. -
Bring the RGB Converter out. -
Take the Connector, connect it to the red Emitter and place it down on the Pressure Plate. -
Connect the RGB Converter to the blue Emitter, the red Connector and the green Receiver by the Hexahedron. Bring the Hexahedron out of its cell. -
Take the Connector and place it back on the first Pressure Plate. -
Place the Hexahedron on the Fan. Connect the Converter to the blue Emitter, the red Emitter, and the green Receiver by the Fan. Place it down on top of the Hexahedron. -
Take the Connector, use it to link the red Emitter to the RGB Converter. Place it down on the second Pressure Plate. -
Walk on top of the first Pressure Plate. The fan turns on and the Converter takes off. -
Take the Connector and link the green Converter to the green Receiver by the Progress Wheel.
