Overview
To reach this lost puzzle, make your way to Puzzle 7, then walk around to the back of the amphitheater.
As you enter the puzzle, you see an RGB converter on the floor and a red emitter to the left side. Further left, there is a corridor blocked off by a blue wall with a pressure plate in front of it. On the right side the progress wheel has a blue wall in front of it with a pair of emitters next to it, a blue and a green one. On the front right is another blue wall with a pressure plate behind it, where there is a room with a connector already connected to an emitter and a receiver, and another blue wall controlling access to a room with two connectors in them.

A mild hint about the final configuration:

Solution

Take the RGB Converter and place it on the Pressure Plate. -
Walk around, take the Connector and place it on the second Pressure Plate. -
Take the RGB Converter, connect it to the blue Emitter and the green Receiver by the two Connectors, and place it down on the second Pressure Place, in place of the Connector. -
Take the Connector and link the red Emitter to the Converter. -
Bring both extra Connectors out of their cell. -
Replace the Converter on the Pressure Plate with a Connector linked to the blue Emitter and the blue Receiver by the intermediate door. Take another Connector link it to the blue Emitter and place it down as far back as possible. -
Take the remaining Connector, connect it to the second Connector and the blue Receiver by the Progress Wheel. Place it on the right of the Pressure Plate. -
Finally, take the RGB Converter, connect it to the red Emitter, the blue Connector behind the door and the green Receiver. Place it down on the Pressure Plate.
