Servitor is the first main puzzle in the Western Lost area of The Talos Principle 2.
Puzzle Elements
Overview
As you enter the puzzle, you see a mover already connected to a red emitter via a connector. There is a blue emitter to the right across a grill fence, and a fan that leads back outside. To the left is a room blocked off by a blue door that can be deactivated by a pressure plate. There is a ladder that leads back out. That room has another blue door that gets deactivated when the pressure plate in the first room is inactive. Further in, there is a blue receiver leading to the progress wheel.

A basic hint:

Movers get activated by a laser beam of the appropriate color. They can push down pressure plates. Their path can be interrupted by equipment.
If you're having trouble getting started:

You can stand on movers. You can remove obstacles on the path of the mover. You can also control if the mover is active from far away if you're able connect or disconnect its energy source
If your laser is being interrupted by a grill:

You need elevation and the correct angle. You may have to move the item from far away so that it gets the right angle
Solution

Step 1: Get up on the mover, and jump across the fence. Grab the connector, and take the fan back outside. -
Step 2: Move the existing connector out of the way so that the mover pushes the pressure plate, then disconnect it. -
Step 3: Connect one of the connectors to the blue emitters and place it on the mover. -
Step 4: Take the other connector and go into the second room. Use the window to connect the red emitter to the mover until it moves off the pressure plate, and is at a good angle to receive the laser from the blue connector. -
Step 5: Use your connector to connect the blue connector on the mover to the blue reciever near the progress wheel.
