Elements is the sixth main puzzle in the Western Delta area of The Talos Principle 2.
Puzzle elements
Overview
When you enter the puzzle, you see a large open area, with a blue rail drone on the right, a fan activated by a switch in front of you, a blue emitter on the left wall, and a connector in the middle of the room. On the left is a small room blocked off by a purple barrier. Inside the room is a red rail drone, a connector, and a red emitter. Further along, to the left of the main room is a corridor blocked off by a high grate, and a blue receiver that gives access to the progress wheel.

Solution

Step 1: Activate the blue rail drone using the connector and wait till it reaches the fan, then disconnect it. -
Step 2: Take the connector and grab a connection to the blue receiver and the blue emitter outside. -
Step 3: Place the connector on the blue rail drone. The laser is interrupted, but that's ok. -
Step 4: Turn the switch on. The blue rail drone now rises, but it is not enough elevation. -
Step 5: Activate the red rail drone from inside the small room. Keep the connector in the corner so it gets a good angle. -
Step 6: Wait till the rail drone is pushed into the sky, which further pushes the blue rail drone and opens the door to the progress wheel.
Extras
A Prometheus sprite is prominently visible at the top of this puzzle, at enough of an elevation that if you were to stand on top of both of the platforms, you'd be able to reach it.
