When you enter this puzzle, you find a standard height grate blocking your way. To your left is a gravity surface that goes across to the new room. In that room you find a gravity well that is pointed upwards at another gravity surface. In a third room, you find the [[gravshifter]] that is creating that gravity well. Beyond that is the rear area of the puzzle.
The rear area consists of three rooms. The outer room has a blue emitter and a pressure plate that unlocks the second room. The second room has a gravity surface and a connector up on a high ledge. The third room has the progress wheel, and a blue receiver that controls the blue door for the room.

Mountaineer is the first main puzzle in the Verdant Canyon area of The Talos Principle 2.

Overview

When you enter this puzzle, you find a standard height grate blocking your way. To your left is a gravity surface that goes across to the new room.
