Blue doors, also called plasma doors and energy gates and similar names, are common obstacles found in puzzles that block all movement and laser beams.

There are multiple ways to open blue doors. In many cases, one or more pressure plates, receivers, or switches located close to a door will control it. Additionally, they can be disabled using jammers or activators if any are present.
