Mutual Aid is the second main puzzle in the Wooded Plateau area of The Talos Principle 2.
Puzzle elements
Overview
As you enter the puzzle, you see a red emitter with its laser already active and connected to a red receiver, but interrupted midway by a copper wall. There is a driller available, and a jammer in a little corner to the left. A blue door blocks the way to a second room, which contains three copper walls and another blue door. This blue door, takes you to a winding passageway that goes to the progress wheel, behind another blue door controlled by a pressure plate.

Since the name of the puzzle is Mutual Aid, you have to make sure that the jammer and driller help each other make it to the other side of the various barriers
If you're not sure about the rules:

A driller cannot be moved through its own hole. A jammer cannot be moved manually across a door that it is currently jamming.
Solution
[ solution ]

Take the Driller and drill the wall so that the red laser connects. -
Take the Jammer and jam the blue door from the inside. Take the Driller and bring it inside. -
Take the Jammer and jam the second door. Place the Jammer down close to one of the bronze walls. -
Take the Driller, walk around and drill the wall around where the Jammer is. -
Grab the Jammer through the wall and jam the third door. -
Take the Driller and use it to push down on the Pressure Plate.
