Quantum Tunneling is the first main puzzle in the Wooded Plateau area of The Talos Principle 2.
Puzzle elements
Overview
As you enter the puzzle, you find two rooms on either side, each having a copper wall on one side and a purple barrier on the other. Inside each room is a driller. In front is another purple barrier next to a copper wall that leads to another room with two pressure plates, which control access to the progress wheel.

Since drillers cannot be moved through their own holes, you have to aim across the room
If you're wondering what principle you should follow:

Every time you want to move one of the drillers, keep it aside and use the other driller to make a hole for it
Solution

Take the Driller on the right and drill the wall on the opposite cell. -
Take the Driller in the left cell and put it through the hole. -
Walk around, take the Driller again and drill the other wall, where the first Driller is. -
Take the first Driller and place it through the hole. -
Take one Driller and drill the wall next to the purple barrier in the middle on the room. Place the Driller close to the wall. Put the second Driller on the other side of the hole. -
Walk around the purple barrier, take the Driller and drill the same hole, but from the other side of the wall. Grab the first Driller through the hole. -
Place both Drillers on the Pressure Plates.
